I enjoy horses and actively compete in team penning, barrel racing, and pole bending. Last year was my first year of competition and I learned a lot. Everyone was so patient in teaching me what to do and how to better myself and my horse.

 

I would especially like to thank Tonya Knauer of Knauer Performance Horses for all of her patience. She has taken the time to turn me from a timid prospect into a serious competitor. 

 

Currently I am actively competing in the summer gaming series through the PM Saddle Club at the Smethport Fairgrounds with Brandy. I am also competing in Belmont, NY with her as well and we are doing well as a team. I couldn't be happier or having more fun if I wanted to. 

 

I recently purchased another barrel horse, Mo, and I look forward to competing on him as well for the last few shows we have. Look to see us in the arena!

 

In the fall I will be starting the team penning series at Warner Brook Stables and I can't wait to try Brandy on the cows. It seems like she is going to take to it naturally as she seems to have excellent cow sense.
